国旗下讲话：心存一颗感恩之心　　尊敬的各位老师，亲爱的同学，大家早上好!　　Dearteachers,dearschoolmates,goodmorning!　　今天我演讲的题目是《学会感恩，敬老爱老》。　　Thetopicofmyspeechfortodayis"Learntobegrateful,respectandlovetheelderly".　　金秋送爽，丹桂飘香。这个星期四又是一年一度的九九重阳佳节了。　　Sweetosmanthusfragranceinautumn.TheannualDoubleNinthFestivalcomesonThursday.　　重阳来源于我国古老的《易经》，因为《易经》把九定为阳数，九月九日是日月并阳，两九相重，故而叫重阳，也叫重九，古人认为是个值得庆贺的吉利日子，并且从很早就开始过此节日。　　TheDoubleNinthFestivalcomesfromtheancientbookofYijing,whichdefinednineasthenumberYang.Theninthdayoftheninthlunaryearisthesamedayasthesunandthemoonshow,together,soitiscalledtheDoubleNinthFestival.Theancientpeoplethoughtitwasaluckydayworthcelebratingandbegantocelebrateitfromaveryearlytime.　　重阳登高，免灾避祸。登高、赏菊、喝菊花酒、吃重阳糕、插茱萸，都是重阳的活动。　　PeopleinChinathinkclimbingattheDoubleNinthFestivalcanavoiddisasters.Climbingamountain,enjoyingchrysanthemums,drinkingchrysanthemumwine,eatingDoubleNinthcakesandarrangingcornelsaretheactivitiesfordoubleNinthFestival.　　农历九月九日，也是传统的敬老节。九九重阳谐音长长久久，包含有生命长久、健康长寿的寓意。今日的重阳节，又被赋予了新的含义。1989年，我国把这一天定为老人节，将传统与现代巧妙结合起来，倡导全社会树立尊老、敬老、爱老、助老的风气。　　TheninthdayoftheninthlunarmonthisalsothetraditionalDayforrespectingtheelderly.TheDoubleNinthFestivalisahomonymforalongtime,,whichimpliesalongandhealthylife.NowadaysDoubleNinthFestivalisendowedwithanewmeaning.In1989,ChinadesignatedthisdayastheSeniors'Day,combiningtraditionandmodernityskillfully,andadvocatethewholesocietytoestablishtheatmosphereofrespecting,lovingandhelpingtheelderly.　　敬老是中华民族的传统美德。古往今来，我们有许多敬老爱老的故事：古有木兰代父从军、黄香扇枕温席、王祥卧冰求鲤、孟宗哭竹生笋的佳话;今有陈毅探母等感人肺腑、润人胸襟的故事。今天，我们作为国家未来的建设者，传承和发扬这一宝贵精神财富，责无旁贷。　　RespectfortheelderlyisatraditionalvirtueoftheChinesenation.Throughtheages,wehavemanystoriesofrespectingandlovingfortheelderly:Mulanjoinedthearmyforherfather,HuangXiangfanedthepillowandkeptthematwarm,WangXianglaidontheiceforcarp,MengZongcriedforbambooshoots;NowadaysChenYivisitedhismother.Thesestoriesaremovingandtouching.Asbuildersofthecountry'sfuture,weare,duty-boundtoinheritandcarryforwardthispreciousspiritualwealth.　　尊敬老人，先从尊重自家的长辈做起。家中的长辈总是将最好的留给我们，做得再多也无怨无悔。家家有老人，且人人都会老，伴随着我们的长大，他们的乌丝变白发，身形渐憔悴。而我们就这样毫无表示的接受吗?其实老人更需要关爱，我们在生活中的一句真心问候，就能给老人们增添一份天伦之乐，一件微不足道的小事，也可能成为他们回味永久的幸福。　　Respectfortheelderlybeginswithrespectforyourelders.Theeldersinthefamilyalwaysleavethebestforus,andnomatterhowmuchtheydo,theyhavenoregrets.Thereisanoldmanineveryfamily,andeveryonewillbeold,aswegrowup,theirhairbecomeswhiteandtheirbodybecomesgaunt.Andwe'rejustgonnatakeitforgranted?Infact,theelderlyneedmorecare.Oursinceregreetingindailylifecanaddafamilyhappinessfortheelderly.Atrivialmattermayalsobecometheiraftertasteofeternalhappiness.,　　我们不仅要关心家中的老人，还要关心社会上的老人。我们今天的幸福生活有着老一辈人的艰辛努力，他们奋斗了几十年，创造了大量的物质和精神财富，理应受到全社会的尊敬。目前，中国已经步入老龄化社会，进一步倡导敬老爱老也是尽社会的责任。尊敬老人的家庭是和谐的家庭，尊敬老人的社会是发展的社会，尊敬老人的学校是进步的学校，尊敬老人的学生才是文明的学生。花无重开日，人无再少年。总有一天我们也会变老。尊重老年人，就是尊重中华民族的光荣传统，也是尊重我们自己。敬老爱老,我们义不容辞。　　Weshouldnotonlycarefortheelderlyathome,butalsocarefortheelderlyinsociety.Ourhappylifetodayisduetothehardworkoftheoldergeneration,whohaveworkedfordecadestocreatealotofmaterialandspiritualwealthanddeservetherespectofthewholesociety.Atpresent,Chinahasenteredanagingsociety,anditisoursocialresponsibilitytofurtheradvocaterespectingandlovingtheelderly.Afamilythatrespectstheelderlyisaharmoniousfamily.Asocietythatrespectstheelderlyisadevelopingsociety,aschoolthatrespectstheelderlyisa,progressiveschool,andastudentthatrespectstheelderlyisacivilizedstudent.Aflowerwillneverbloomagain,andamanwillneverbeyoungagain.Onedaywewillbeold,too.TorespecttheelderlyistorespecttheglorioustraditionoftheChinesenationaswellasourselves.Weareduty-boundtorespectandlovetheelderly.　　又到重阳佳节，让我们行动起来吧。抽出一些时间，给家里的长辈们打个电话，致以节日的问候，感谢他们为自己所做的一切。当然，这不是重阳节一天的事，平日可以多陪他们聊聊天，做些小事，表达你的爱。同时也要向社区的爷爷、奶奶伸出关爱、帮扶之手。　　TheDoubleNinthFestivaliscomingagain.Let'stakeaction.Takesometimetocalloldermembersofyourfamilytosayholidaygreetingsandthankthemforalltheyhavedoneforyou.Ofcourse,thisisnotjustforthedoubleNinthFestivaloneday.Wecanaccompanythemtochat,dosomesmallthingsandexpressyourloveeveryday.Atthesametime,weshouldextendourcaringand,helpinghandstograndpaandgrandmainthecommunity.　　岁岁重阳，今又重阳。在这秋风飒爽的季节，让我们共同祝愿天下所有的老人都能幸福安康、老有所乐!　　DoubleNinthFestivalcomeseveryyear.Inthisvaliantautumnseason,letuswishalltheoldpeoplecanbehappy,healthyandenjoytheirlife!　　我的演讲完了，谢谢大家!　　That'sallformyspeech,thankyou!
